It helps to record all transaction historical of every asset. You will never loss in the detail historical long after the assets is being acquired. For example, when the asset is being acquired, when the asset is being revalued, disposed, transfer, or write off.
Regardless of the number of transaction happens to the assets, the system will automatically adjust and calculated the subsequence depreciation seamlessly.
It allows you to build the assets breakdown/component, whist depreciate only the main assets. For example, if an asset is purchase in a set with a single value, but it consists of 5 or more breakdown (just like a sofa sets).
Depreciation calculation is flexible. It also allows two methods for a single asset (fiscal or commercial).
It allows you to categorize asset by asset group, asset class, and cost center. Other essential information can be thoroughly recorded, such as asset location, asset custodian, service provider, asset vendor, etc.
